The Jersey Shore

  I survived. The besties and I spent a sunny Saturday afternoon on the Jersey Shore at Longbranch Beach. It was no Seaside Heights and I certainly did not see the cast of Jersey Shore, but I was definitely part of the minority with my blonde hair and fair skin!

The beach was so crowded--very different than the sweet, Southern beach that I grew up on. Newsflash: you also had to pay to go on the beach. I am not talking parking. I mean you literally had to pay to go on the beach. I had never heard of such a thing..
